TURNING ADMINISTRATIVE SPACES INTO IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCES
For many children, a visit to the dentist is unfortunately one of the unpleasant duties of everyday life. However, good design can create conditions that allow young patients to have a friendly and anxiety-free experience.
This is impressively demonstrated by the new facilities of the Dental Service at the Rütli Campus in Neukölln. A team of service designers has successfully explored how service design can be implemented in public administration.
Friendly colors and illustrations ensure that children and adolescents feel comfortable and continually discover new things.
The clearly recognizable themed areas playfully convey the functions of the rooms, making it easier to navigate and helping young patients quickly find the right room.
